Additional costs:

Travel charged at 45 pence per mile
Any car parking fees / toll charges as required

Payment:

All fees and allowances to be paid in full no later than 30 days of the invoice date

Overdue sums will incur an administration fee of £25.00, plus interest at 8% over base rate from the first date on which they become due until they are paid in full

Cancellation terms:

7 days or less notice – full fee to be charged
8 to 14 days notice – half fee to be charged
15 or more days notice – no fee

A postponed date will be treated as a cancellation for these purposes

Any expenditure incurred before or as a result of the cancellation shall be charged

If I am ill or unable to attend a booking, I will undertake to find a suitable interpreter to replace my services as best I can. This may not always be possible due to the national shortage of BSL/ English Interpreters

Recordings:

No recording of the interpreting shall be made without my prior consent

Professional details:

Registered Sign Language Interpreter with the NRCPD
Full Member of ASLI (Association of Sign Language Interpreters)
I am therefore bound to abide by the NRCPD Code of Conduct

Insurance:

I have Professional Indemnity Insurance, as outlined by ASLI

CRB:

I have a Standard Criminal Record Certificate (DBS) dated May 2018
